Medulin se nahaja v Istri (Popotovanje od Ljubljane do Medulina Slovensko), na skrajnem južnem delu polotoka. V okolici je nešteto malih otočkov, do nekaterih se da plavati do nekaterih se da priti z čolnom. V vsakem primeru pa je Medulin izraz za morje, počitnice, poletje in uživancijo. Če berete te naše besede verjetno res razmišljate o temu, da imate dosti tujih apartmajev, kampov in hotelov. Stanovanje se nahaja 140 metrov od plaže, 350 metrov od urejenih bazenov in teniških igrišč in približno kilometer in pol od centra Medulina, kamor greste vedno lahko na večerno pojedino ali sladoled.

Stanovanje ima dve spalnici, dve kopalnici, kuhinjo, dnevno sobo ter garderobni prostor. Poleg tega stanovanju spada zemljišče je površini 79 kvadratnih metrov in eno lastniško parkirno mesto. Stanovanje je klimatizirano, pozimi pa se lahko grejete z pečjo na drva, oziroma tudi za klimatsko napravo. Energetsko stanovanje spada v kategorijo D (101-150kWh/m2a) Stanovanje se prodaja opremljeno kot ga vidite na slikah.

Naša agencijska provizija znaša 3%+DDV. Spremni strošek nakupa predstavlja še veljavni (trenutno 3%) hrvaški davek na promet nepremičnine in strošek vpisa kupljenega v zemljiško knjigo. Kolikor bo notarska pisarna sodelovala pri pripravi kupoprodajnih pogodb se bodo ti stroški enakomerno razdelili med kupca in prodajalca.

Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, und im Winter können Sie mit einem Holzofen heizen, oder Sie können auch die Klimaanlage verwenden. Energiemäßig gehört die Wohnung zur Kategorie D (101-150kWh/m2a) Die Wohnung wird möbliert verkauft, wie Sie es auf den Bildern sehen können.

Unsere Vermittlungsprovision beträgt 3 % + MwSt. Zu den Kaufnebenkosten gehören auch die geltende (derzeit 3 %) kroatische Immobilienumsatzsteuer und die Kosten für die Eintragung der gekauften Immobilie im Grundbuch. The village of Medulin is located in Istria (The Trip from Ljubljana to Medulin, English), at the southernmost tip of the peninsula.
